Charger is fake.

The iPhone was original but the charger is fake. We were unable to get the charger replaced at the Apple store because the number series did not match with their records.

Hi, I bought this Apple iPhone 5c (Pink, 8GB) by using HDFC credit card and according to the offer I was supposed to get a 5000 cash back. The amount must come in the credit card itself, but am still waiting for the money to be credited. I bought this phone in Feb-15.

Apart from this, phone is fine till now with no major complaints. Only issue I had in the beginning was it use to hang a bit, but it's alright now. Overall, quite satisfied with the product, but just waiting for the money to be credited as per the cash back offer.

Please explain by when I would get the cash back.

Apple is Apple. It works on its own terms and conditions. It is flawless in its operations but comes with certain restrictions.
One of the biggest weaknesses is fixed internal memory. This model comes with 8 GB capacity, only around 5 GB is usable which seems paltry these days.
So if you are okay with this and want a simple yet stylish phone.Go get this one. Otherwise market is flooded with better options.
But remember this is APPLE.

The price I got it for makes it an excellent buy. The delivery was a bit iffy from the seller and amazon's customer service did not help either but the review is for the product and not for the seller. The phone is slightly thicker than the 5S. It is essentially an iPhone 5 in a colorful packaging. In India it supports LTE so you are in a 4G network you will be able to have faster internet. The phone came with ios7 and was upgraded to ios8. No lag in performance or any discernible degradation. The phone was a good diwali gift for the missus.
