With the new instant messaging era, expressing our emotions with emojis is quite common. With its ambitious Windows 10, Microsoft is out to show its all new bold look. Along with big announcements like Continuum, Edge, Hololens and so on, the company also has new fun emojis.
Emojipedia now reveals some emoji changes in Windows 10, and what has caught everyone’s attention (for obvious reasons) is the middle finger emoji. You can flip your middle finger with six new emojis with differing skin tones.
More emojis
It should be noted that Microsoft is the first tech company to support the emoji, as it is yet not available on Android and iOS. Besides, you will find several other new emojis.
Considering the skin tone of emoji people should be generic (nonhuman) in appearance, Windows will display gray-skinned people as the race-neutral default, when no specific skin tone is chosen.
Emojis showing relieved face will lose its comical sheepishness, and now appear more calm with eyes closed, and a smile. Confused faces will come with M-shaped mouth and face with the triumph look will directly match its counterpart from Apple and Google.
Recently, Snapdeal replaced the controversial ‘Best Friends’ list feature with new ‘Friends Emojis’ that are said to be more private and will only be visible to the user. On the other hand, photo-sharing website Instagram blocked searches for the eggplant (or aubergine) emoji after some users posted it to represent a penis.
